Terms of Service
These Terms of Service apply to all purchases made from Ruby & Sophia’s Dog Bakery, whether in store or online. By placing an order with us, you agree to the terms outlined below.
Products & Ingredients
All products are handmade using dog-safe ingredients and are intended for canine consumption only. While our recipes are developed with nutritional benefits in mind, our products are not intended to diagnose, treat or prevent any medical conditions.
If your dog has allergies or specific dietary requirements, please review ingredient information carefully or contact us before purchasing.
Orders & Payment
All orders must be paid for in full at the time of purchase, unless otherwise agreed. Prices are subject to change without notice.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order where necessary, including in cases of incorrect pricing, stock availability, or suspected misuse.
Custom & Made-to-Order Items
Custom products, including birthday cakes and personalised items, are made to order based on the details provided at checkout. Please ensure all personalisation information is correct before submitting your order.
Once an order has been confirmed, changes or cancellations may not be possible.
Collection & Delivery
Delivery is available on selected products and will be clearly stated at checkout.
Birthday cakes and celebration bakes are available for in-store collection only, as we do not want to risk them being damaged or not arriving as intended on your dog’s special day.
Collection takes place from our bakery at Rother Valley Country Park (Main Courtyard), Sheffield.
Returns & Refunds
Due to the nature of our products, returns and refunds are limited. Please refer to our Returns & Refunds Policy for full details.
Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
Gift Cards
Gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash. They must be used in accordance with any stated terms or expiry dates.
Events
Tickets or bookings for events hosted by Ruby & Sophia’s Dog Bakery are subject to availability and may be non-refundable unless stated otherwise. Event details, including dates and locations, may be subject to change.
Liability
Ruby & Sophia’s Dog Bakery cannot accept responsibility for adverse reactions where products have been fed contrary to guidance or where allergies have not been disclosed.
Our liability is limited to the value of the product purchased, except where excluded by law.
Changes to These Terms
We reserve the right to update or amend these Terms of Service at any time. The most current version will always be available on our website.
