At Ruby & Sophia’s Dog Bakery, we want every order to arrive safely and in perfect condition. For this reason, we offer delivery on selected products, with a few important exceptions outlined below.
Delivery
We offer delivery on a range of our handmade dog treats and non-celebration items. Available delivery options, costs and estimated timescales will be displayed at checkout.
While we take great care when packaging orders, delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on the courier.
Birthday Cakes & Celebration Bakes
Our birthday cakes and celebration bakes are available for in-store collection only.
These items are freshly made and delicately finished, and we don’t want to risk them being damaged or not arriving exactly as intended on your dog’s special day. Collecting in store ensures your cake is received in perfect condition, ready to celebrate.

Collection is available from our bakery at:
Rother Valley Country Park (Main Courtyard), Sheffield
Please collect your order within our opening hours. As many items are freshly prepared, uncollected orders may not be eligible for a refund.
